How do you send parcels?

We ship exclusively with the shipping provider DHL. Deviating from your delivery address, we will also gladly send the parcel to a Packstation specified by you in the checkout area. Simply select the box “Send delivery to another address? “and then check the box “Send to DHL Paketshop or Packstation? „.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. If you have any further question, fell free to write us an eMail.

How long does delivery take?

A delivery within Germany should have reached its destination after 3 days. Deliveries abroad may take longer.

We will process your order as soon as we have received your payment. Of course you will receive a shipping notification from us.

Do you offer tracking?

Of course you will receive the tracking code of your order from us so that you are always up to date where your package is at the moment.

How do I pay?

You can use PayPal and Banktransfer in Checkout. If you need another Payment-Provider, feel free to ask us.

Is online shopping safe?

We can answer this question with YES. Communication with mariblum is encrypted. A corresponding certificate is available. Depending on your browser, the encryption can be signaled by a lock, for example.

For your own security we ask you not to give the password to your mariblum user account to third parties.

How do I order?

We have made this as easy as you surely already know it from other online shops. After you have decided on a product you put it into your shopping cart. Afterwards you will be guided through our three-level cash area, where you have to give some information about yourself. If you have a mariblum user account, there is no need to enter the data manually and you will be guided through the process more quickly. You can also create a user account during an order.

Do I need a user account?

No, you don’t have to register. It is only helpful to fill in the fields while ordering. You can also view orders already placed and view saved invoices.
